Aduh, I haven't personally kena batu karang masa pregnant, tapi a few of my mum friends actually mentioned this as a worry jugak during pregnancy, the hormones and weight changes boleh trigger it. Since you're already 30+ weeks, I think you should definitely mention this to your doctor or obstetrician, especially if you're getting pain or discomfort, sebab they'll know exactly what's safe to manage during pregnancy.
