Ahhh 38 weeks, so exciting! A few of my mum friends were also 38+ weeks and nervous about overdue, but honestly most went into labour naturally within those last 2 weeks, your body tau la timing dia, even if it feels like forever Keep doing what you're doing, the stairs memang help, and honestly the waiting game is the hardest part, tapi you're so close!
