Ada x sini hb ok 12.1 tp MCH & MCV pula low,x faham..dari tadi fikir..alhamdulillah hb x turun dari 1st buka buku..harini ambil darah kali kedua utk cek mch & mcv ,
Alhamdulillah HB okay lagi! MCV & MCH low usually means your red blood cells are smaller or contain less haemoglobin, boleh jadi early iron deficiency atau thalassemia trait, tapi jangan worry dulu sebab kena tanya doctor pasal results ni apa maksudnya for your situation specifically. A few of my mum friends had this during pregnancy and doctor cukup top up iron supplements atau do more tests je, nothing serious. Since you're tracking closely with second blood test, definitely follow up dengan your doctor pasal results tu, they'll explain apa next step based on your full picture, especially if this is pregnancy-related
