Bacaan MCV dan MCH low

Eh, few of my mum friends ada experience macam ni jugak, usually it's iron deficiency anemia even though hb looks okay on the surface, MCV dan MCH low means the red blood cells are smaller and have less hemoglobin, so kena check iron levels properly dengan doctor. Best approach adalah go see your doctor untuk blood test yang lebih complete, sebab sometimes kena supplement iron or adjust diet (more red meat, spinach, dates lah) tapi kena know the actual cause dulu.
