Hi Mummies! Lagi 1 month nak due any tips?
Ada tak yang bersalin 34 minggu. Risau la pulak, tak sure keputihan atau cecair apa. Keluar kerap, asyik basah je. Ada tips untuk dah hujung2 nak due ni, lagi sebulan je.
Eh sama la, last month memang basah je, I was changing underwear like 3-4 times a day! Tapi serious, keputihan yang lebih encer and frequent ni memang normal kat final weeks, tapi if it smells off, looks greenish, or you're having cramping, better check with your doctor cepat-cepat cause kat 34 weeks ni boleh jadi early labour signs. The basah-basah thing drove me gila, so I just wore panty liners constantly (pakai yang breathable ones so tak moist sangat), and honestly cotton undies je, jangan fancy ones. Mandi lebih kerap, keep dry, and make sure you've got your hospital bag ready because your body can surprise you anytime now! All the best, mama, you're almost there!
