A few of my mum friends yang TTC mentioned the doctor will ask about your cycle, how long you've been trying, then depending on your situation they might suggest basic tests like blood work for hormone levels or ultrasound, and your husband pun kena check, usually semen analysis, so both of you go together lah. The whole process takes time, jangan expect instant answers, tapi at least you'll know where you stand and what next steps to take, which is honestly the most comforting part! Kakaibunya dah 4 years, so definitely worth going for proper checkup and not just guessing lagi.
