Pengalaman cek keseburan di klinik or hospital

Ada tak sesiapa yang ada pengalaman pergi jumpa dr. Untuk tahu kesuburan kita dan pasangan tak.. kalau korang pernah boleh x share cara nk pergi berjumpa dr. tu macam mana. #ttc4years

Ohhh I understand, trying to figure out the first step boleh rasa macam overwhelming kan! Honestly most of us just call the gynae or go to the nearest government hospital's obstetrics and gynaecology department, no need appointment sometimes, just walk-in during clinic hours, atau kalau private clinic lebih comfortable boleh book online or call. A few of my mum friends yang TTC mentioned the doctor will ask about your cycle, how long you've been trying, then depending on your situation they might suggest basic tests like blood work for hormone levels or ultrasound, and your husband pun kena check, usually semen analysis, so both of you go together lah. The whole process takes time, jangan expect instant answers, tapi at least you'll know where you stand and what next steps to take, which is honestly the most comforting part! Kakaibunya dah 4 years, so definitely worth going for proper checkup and not just guessing lagi.

Setiap kali hampir waktu subur n waktu subur sy kerap sakit kepala migraine n masuk angin.. benda ni normal ke?

Keliru waktu subur.

Maaf bertanya.. Sy dh lewat priod 3 hari.. bila sy check upt negetif.. tapi bila say la check opk dia positif.. adakah tu waktu subur saya.
