Haih, I haven't given birth at Kluang myself, but one of my mum friends dari Johor told me the ward setup there is quite basic lah, usually shared wards, so privacy sikit-sikit je. Best you call the hospital directly ke, sebab procedure and facilities selalunya change, and they can tell you exactly if ada antenatal classes or private room options available. Mana tahu they updated things recently kan!
