Can i drink 100plus daily?

9 weeks pregnant and Having bad nausea and loss of appetite but only able to stomach 100plus. Wonder if its ok to drink a glass everyday?

I'm not sure but i drank the small bottle everyday from my 10th weeks to 14 weeks cos it really ease my nausea and slightly increase my appetite.
