Is Bio-Oil safe to use?

Hi all! Am 9 weeks now.. can check whether Bio-Oil is safe to use to reduce stretch marks? I read online that it contains some chemicals like retinol which is not advisable.. any advice from mums and mums to be here? Thanks

Used bio oil since 5 weeks pregnant. Zero stretch marks throughout and now 5 months post partum it’s like nothing ever happened!
