8 months sleep regression?

My 8 months baby was able to sleep through the night before but recently she would wake up crying a few times at midnight. I read it may be due to 8 months sleep regression. Have any mommies experienced this before? I'm really clueless :( she isn't sick (physically).. but I'm not sure if she's having nightmares or any other factors that may be causing this. #pleasehelp #firstmom
