7 weeks pregnant, no nausea, just fatigue and sore breasts. Normal? My first gynae appointment is next week. My stomach feels normal except for some pulling & twinges.
Hopefully it stays this way for u! Ms is no fun. Mine was sleep till wk 9 then it peaks till wk14... Everything combo.. Wk15 then quieten down now at wk 21 still have some aversions to some foods but generally better in appetite and energy...
