Fever on infant

My 7 month plus old LO consistant having 37.7 and phlegmy cough till today. I brought her to A&E last thursday. Should I bring her back to A&E or just sponge her to make fever goes down?

Write a reply

Give her paracetamol every 6-8 hours. Continue sponging, and could also try the fever patch (on her back). Give Nurofen only when fever is 38.5°C and above.
