How many meals do a 7 mth old baby eat

My 7 month old baby seems to stop gaining weight after reaching 6 months. His diaper out put seems OK still. Should he start to eat three meals or how can I help him to gain weight? #1stimemom #firstbaby #pleasehelp #advicepls

you can try avocado and other food that promotes weight gain. but if his intake still good, not too worry about it. as they grow, they gain slowly instead as they are more energetic and playful now. :)
