Baby roll when sleeping

My 4.5 mths baby learnt how to roll from back to tummy but still learning from tummy to back. She keeps crying when she rolls in her sleep cos she’s stuck. It’s more than 5 times every night. What can I do so that she doesn’t roll in her sleep? Also, how long does this phase last? I understand that it’s a phase 🥲

I rmb this sleep deprived stage. We kept waking up to “unroll” her. Hate to break this to you, but babies tends to be a “bad sleeper” when they are learning new skills or teething. Hang in there.

Got 2 cute little bubs!

Ah..I don't think there's much u can do but to tank it out. I think it took mine 1.5 to 2 months to stop yelling when he gets stuck.

I use this anti-rolling pillow. It worked well for my baby. https://s.shopee.sg/8pU4zSBWmX
