Help! 1st time mom and worried!

My 4 months 4 weeks old baby's foot. I dont know why but the day I first saw it, my baby is not wearing socks. Usually she will always wear socks. And she kinda have sweaty foot whenever the weather is hot. but she already 4 months old and suddenly she got this kind skin allergies. Pls hellllpppppp!
