Why my baby cough and her nose watering ?

is she have a fever but the temperature show normal ( 33.5 ) but she cough so badly . she just 1 month 11 days . her bath time 9am & 4.30pm . before this yes she cough too but last night i brought her out back on 1.30am . we ride motorcycle but she wear her hat and sleepsuit and back to house she cough badly . is it because of cold or what ? what should i do ?
