How do I know if my water bag is leaking?

37weeks in 2 days time. How can I know the difference between water bag leaking & my own discharge? -First time mum-

The water bag leak is literally non-stop... my gynae advised not to wear any pad or panty liner so it'll be easier to tell which is it... the water bag leak will soak up the panties in no time

I also don't know but alot of water leaking when standing... Then I just go KKH check they say 1cm open

Wen u lying down... U can feel alotz of water leaking...
