1 month old baby temperature 37.4

Is 37.4 consider fever for a 1 month , 9 days old? If yes what should I do?

Altho fever is 37.5 onwards, i would still consider it as fever and monitor first, i wont give medicine first and just out kool fever. Oh and my baby was on the warmer since since birth. His body is on the warmer side

use the tympanic thermometer most accurate. 37.5 fever. give suppository paracetamol

Put fever patch to cool down the temperature ! Fever should be 37.5deg & above
