How to dilate faster

37 weeks today, went to delivery suite and was told i am 2.5cm dilated. Doctor recommended me to admit as my contractions are regular. What can i do to dilate faster ?

I don’t think that there is much you can do to dilate faster. It depends from person to person. Check with gynae if any medication can be given to you for this purpose?
