When you rest, you will notice baby movement more cos you not doing anything. Also when you walking and moving around, the baby inside the amniotic fluid will be rocked and soothed to rest, so won't be as active. You stop moving, baby will start moving.
Heard that sometimes before labour baby can be more active than usual. I don't think you need to be concern but best to consult your gynae if you're worried or bring it up during your weekly appt.

It’s normal! You should monitor the number of kicks. Increased movement is good.
