36 weeks, menstrual like cramps. Super painful

Hello 36 weeks na po. Continuous padin yung intake ko po ng isoxilan, twice a day. Last night, around 11:30 po ako nagtake ng isoxilan then nag ka menstrual cramps po after an hour. Prng dysmenorrhea. Mga 1-2 hours din po tinagal. Then nakasleep na po ko. Around 6am po bmalik. Nagising po ko sa pain. No waterbreak. Is this normal? #pregnancy #thirdtrimester #cramps

Anak, please contact your OB or go to the hospital/birthing center today, ha, menstrual-like cramps at 36 weeks that come and go like that need to be checked right away, lalo na if it happens again. Better safe than sorry, especially this close to your due date. Your doctor needs to see you, okay?
