Tapi kalo the tightness tu painful, atau ada spotting atau discharge, atau contractions jadi lebih frequent and regular, better check dengan your doctor just to be safe, okay? Drink plenty of water and rest more, sometimes dehydration or too much activity boleh trigger lebih banyak.
