Sayang, better go check with your doctor or midwife asap, cramps yang datang selang-selang macam tu kena make sure everything okay, especially at 24 weeks. The baby's movements might be normal, tapi the cramping pattern tu kena professional eyes to rule out anything. Don't worry yourself too much (easier said than done, I know!), tapi jangan delay, better safe than sorry, kan? Call your clinic or go to the hospital kalau you're worried. A few of us mummies had similar experiences and dalam most cases everything fine je, but we all got checked out immediately. Take care of yourself!
