Talk fluent

My 3 yrs old boy can talk but not fluent or clear. Would like to ask if heguru class or any other tuition can help him to talk in sentence with fluent/ clear word. Having hard time to understand him and how to help my kid. He’s not even speech delay but can’t even clearly understand his word. TIA

If the main concern is unclear speech, a speech-language therapist (speech therapist) is usually more appropriate than a tuition or enrichment class. A speech therapist can identify whether the issue is articulation, phonological processing, oral-motor skills
