Nap Time Help

My 3 month old only naps in the day while being carried.. And wrist and arms hurt longterm! Any advice how i can train her? Whenever i try putting her down, she wakes up almost immediately and cries ?

Try to put her down half an hour after carrying her when she is in deep sleep. My first son also have the same issue. Alternatively, buy a yaolan will solve your wrist and arm issue.

Same. End up i train my arms instead of training her.
