My 3 month old has alot of phlegm. Is it normal?

Sometimes its not phlegm. Doc ever advice that it may be the milk that bby vomited build up. Smtg along those lines.. nvrtheless, was given babyflow.

Can see PD. PD medicine did help clear my baby phelgm
