Materna milk really helps! Don't eat durian. Not good for both mum & baby as it's high in sugar and baby may also have high jaundice (based on my own experience). Or can try avocado which is good for both you & baby. Otherwise, just the materna milk really helps. I did not even gained any weight by drinking that but my baby did.

I drank Anmum chocolate but you can drink any brand.

actually at 23 weeks still hard to tell some baby gain weight from 30 weeks onwards. but you can eat potatoes, avocado, maternal milk.

Avocado works wonders for me. I drank avocado milkshake and it also made my nausea more bearable too.

I’m also trying to add baby weight, 32 weeks baby within range but on the small side.

Maternal milk at least twice a day and add more protein to your diet.

Eat more meat (protein)..
