Feed Medicine

My 21mths LO is sick but I have difficulty to feed her medicine, she's picky eater & she will spills out whatever from the mouth if that thing is not her usual food/drink. Tried to mix into yogurt or fav juice, but she knew it & refused to take. Desperate & please help!

my 7 months LO always refuses medicine both in form or powder or syrup. the trick is to hold his/ her head up, put the spoon in on the side of the mouth and let him/ her swallow little by little. we tried mixing with milk but he is just too smart to refuse.
