Feed Medicine

My 21mths LO is sick but I have difficulty to feed her medicine, she's picky eater & she will spills out whatever from the mouth if that thing is not her usual food/drink. Tried to mix into yogurt or fav juice, but she knew it & refused to take. Desperate & please help!
