why baby vomiting after breast feed?

2 month old baby vomiting frequently after feed.please help with solution for this

thanks can anyone help to rectify some congestion sound in baby throat is it because of cold?if so how to treat naturally?he is just 2 month old

could be gas/phlegm. quite normal, should be fine after burp

Could be due to gas/air in baby stomach. Or baby sucking too fast. Try to burp baby in between & after feeding.
