Blocked nose

My 2 month old baby keeps getting stuffy nose. I tried using nasal aapirator but theres no mucus. Tried sterimar but nothing came out too. What should i do? Please share. Thanks alott!

    which product tho? is it the chest rub? or the inhalant for the steam vaporiser?..
