5 month old runny nose

Hi mum, sounds like a mild cold or just sensitive nasal passage since the mucus is still clear and baby is otherwise feeding well and active. I think you’re already doing the right things with saline spray and gentle suction, just try not to over-aspirate because it can sometimes irritate the nose more and make it produce more mucus. You can also try keeping baby slightly elevated when sleeping and making sure the room air is not too dry, and usually these things take a few days to a week to clear. If it turns yellow/green, fever comes in, or breathing becomes difficult, then better bring to PD just to be safe.
