Confinement lady contacts (recent)

Hello all, am a 1st time mum and hopes to get some contacts for confinement lady. Preferably above age 40 and able to cook well and take care of baby with simple laundry for baby. Any good recommendations for your CL experience in 2019? Had saw some recommendations for mummies with their CL years ago but am not sure if their standards had remained the same. Hence, would like to look for some recent recommendations. Thanks ahead!
