My first was super painful and I went in blind. I knew I didn't want epidural or intervention but had no idea what to do when the pain hit. In the end epidural (failed twice) and still went ahead with natural and baby had issues too.
Umm maybe start looking around for doula classes. I went to kkh class but still under prepared. Now second one incoming and super scared of any complications which usually leads to csect e.g. breech baby or preeclampsia. Im still so uninformed even with private gynae so if u have the money and time source out knowledge for the last lap. 😢
