bad dizziness all the time?

This is our 1st baby, and my wife is experiencing really bad dizziness and indigestion.. (currently in first trimster). Is there any ways that I can help her in this situation?

Write a reply

Let her rest a lot (just lie in bed and Netflix). Feed her with water and crackers if she feels morning sickness and dizziness. Jia you!
