Super Mum

I went through that as well. Needed to lie down and close my eyes to get through the giddiness. For me, eating curry somehow helped the nausea/indigestion, but that could just be me. The doctors may offer diclectin, which helps both in nausea and sleep so she feels more rested and less fatigued/giddy in the morning

Thanks both for the input. We did consult the gyne regarding to it as well. But erm, what we got back from them is a 'normal symptoms of first trimster' nothing that they can do as well. 😭😭

Let her rest a lot (just lie in bed and Netflix). Feed her with water and crackers if she feels morning sickness and dizziness. Jia you!

Super Mum

Just be a nice husband and shower her with more love.

Best to consult gynae

It was really unbearable for me as well. Good to check with gynae to see if it’s something to be worried about, if not, some tea or some scents may help.
