Baby rashes

Hello all! My 15m old girl has been have eczema since around 4 months old. They always come and go since then. We have tried many many brands of baby soap and moisturisers. But none of them works. Do you all have any remedies to help to relieve itch? Also, i heard that eczema is common in kids. Around how old will they go away?
