Poop after every feed

My 12 wk old formula fed LO poops almost after every feed. Is it normal?

I don’t think it’s normal. How many times a day? Do monitor for dehydration

The milk isnt suitable for LO supposingly however u can check with PD

Could be diarrhoea or incompatibility with the milk brand.

Shouldn't be after every feed, do check with your pd
