Barley with rock sugar

Try to avoid as barley has cooling property which is not suitable for baby. Also, I will avoid rock sugar, cane sugar and brown sugar.

I would avoid any drinks with added sugar at this age. Whether cane sugar/rock sugar/brown sugar

I give only after my kid turned 12 month old. But 1/3 barley with 2/3 water to dilute it.

I will give though not a lot.
