Zincofer?

11weeks, before this I consume only asid folic, then after checkup kat KK, doc give me this is zincofer, for tambah darah. but after i consume, early morning i keep on mual and muntah. Sgt tak selesa nyaa ?? and selera makan pun takde. Risau it gonna effect the baby ?
