Hi My 10mthd old daughter since 3mth she always will wake up at 3plus am and 6plus am when we pat she will sleep if we dun she will continue crying. Shd i let her cry snd self soothe?

Sounds to me like lo has associated patting with helping her soothe to sleep.you need to teach her to self soothe maybe instead of patting just saying the head to give her assurance that you are there
