1 month old with runny nose

so my 1 month old has runny nose for a couple of days and he hasnt get his 1 month vaccine yet. went to private paed and the dr gave nasal spray and antibiotic. gov doc however said to not give any meds for babies. sooooo which one do i follow ?

Ussualy 1month I think no med... My son 1 year 4mnths also nasal spray if clear runny nose.. Unless yellowish, maybe need antibiotics but depends on age n better get doctor advice... Maybe should get 2nd op from another peads
