is it normal for newborn of 5 weeks to have rashes on the face? should i apply anything on it?

Could be heat rash or baby acne. There's a difference on the redness. Apply moisturiser if it's heat rash but don't apply anything for baby acne as it will go away on it's own.

Hi mummies anyone experiencing the same? I started getting afew rashes 5 days post-pregnancy. Initially was just at my tight area now feels like whole body - hands, legs, buttcheeks and the itchiness is driving me crazy. Is it really post-pregnancy hives/rashes or isit a side effect to the epidural. What do i do? You can try using suubalm moisturizing cream. It’s safe for pregnancy and it has menthol. I use it for hives and it does feel very comfortable after applying. Cheaper to buy from KKH pharmacy than pharmacy outside though. Usually I’ll compare price when I go to KKH. If guardian or watsons has ongoing promotions, then it might be cheaper and I wont buy when I’m at KKH.
