congratulations mummy! fatigue, maybe try drinking brands chicken essence. I wasnt too concern of food intake cause I totally couldnt eat during my 1st tri. Alot of vomitting and crying and sleeping. when i eat i only eat either sour plum or chocolate. So can just eat what you crave but in moderation but if you dont have strong craving and feeling fine, can research what healthy food to eat!

I had this feeling too, but I can't remember when I started experiencing it. For me it was especially more pronounced in the evening after a heavy meal and it felt like i just gave my stomach muscle a stretch after doing sit-ups.

Best delivery hospital in Singapore

Hello, could you please let me know what the best hospital is in Singapore for delivering your baby? One with private rooms, polite staff etc. #advicepls #First_Baby #First_time_mom #hospital #delivery

I agree. Different people gave birth in different hospitals and we all have different experiences so I think it's really unfair to say which hospital is the best to deliver your baby. Of course you need to do your homework yourself then compare. Sometimes you can't depend on reviews cos it might be good for them but not for you. For me personally I've given birth in KKH & NUH and I had a splendid experience in both hospitals. And I will be delivering again in NUH. I chose NUH because it's nearer to home.

Infant Care/Breastfeed

Im planning to send my baby to infant care once I go back to work. But at the same time I would want to breastfeed my baby (latch & bottle) So if i were to send him to infant care, how do I do it then? Do i provide the teacher my packets of breastmilk? 😅 #First_time_mom

I let my bb start with bottle feeding first in the morning and evening time onwards will let him latch. And now he in infant care, he is doing well. You can provide your packet of Brest milk to the teacher and they will store on their fridge.
