Susu drop, help

Baby tak sampai sebulan and selalunya breastfeed tpi lately dia asyik meragam nk susu je, rupanya dia tak cukup susu dri badan saya. So terpaksa campir dgn susu formula and bila pump tgk susu 1 ounce sahaja, dulu masa bersalin dapat la jugak 2 ounce.... #pleasehelp #firstbaby

Aiii mama, jangan worry, susu drop dalam first few weeks ni memang common, especially kalau baby baru under a month! A few of my mum friends went through the same thing and most of them recovered by increasing pumping frequency (like every 2-3 hours) and making sure baby is latching properly, sebab supply follows demand. Tapi dengan baby meragam dan pumping output dropping, I'd really suggest check with your lactation consultant or doctor ASAP to rule out anything like tongue-tie or latch issues, and get proper guidance on boosting supply, they boleh assess properly what's happening with you individually. Dalam meantime, don't stress about formula top-ups; baby needs to be fed first, recovery comes after. You're doing great juggling both, take it easy, drink lots, and makan well okay?

Normal ke kalau pusat rasa mcm sakit. Tak sure macam mana nk explain or maybe sbb pusat tu nk terkeluar thats why rasa sakit. Kat area pusat sahaja.

Puasa masa mengandung

Sekarang 8 minggu dah, boleh ke kalau nak puasa ganti ? Tapi perut selalu rasa lapar, takut kalau puasa, tak tahan and kalau paksa takut baby tak dapat nutrien secukupnya. 😪#firstbaby #mommybuntu #1stimemom
