don't use any soap na may fragrance mi. I use dove yung may pang eczema. nakaka trigger ang soap na may pabango. e lotion mo mi para laging hydrated and moist ang skin ni baby, iwas dryness

sino po dito same ko simula 38 weeks ko dina po ako makatulog . 4am na po ako nakakatulog 😣 any tips po para makatulog ng mahimbing sa gabi ? 😅

Wag po matulog sa hapon. Mag stretching po bago matulog, uminim ng gatas sa gabi, iwasan mag fone, dim lights, magbasa and hanapin nyo lang sleeping position nyo.

ano po kaya maganda gawin para deretso po tulog sa gabi?

31weeks na po ako . lagi po ako nkakatulog ng 9pm at nagigising ng 1am at hapon na po ulit nkakatulog . ano po ba dapat gawin para deretso po ang tulog . nag woworry po kasi ako dahil kulang lagi ang tulog ko .

Uy, totoo yan, ang third trimester tulog ay talaga namang mahirap! Kasi ng baby position at frequent bathroom trips, parang imposible mag-straight sleep, pero you're doing okay pa rin with that pattern, honestly. A few of us mums tried sleeping on our left side with pillow support between the knees, keeping the room cool, and cutting fluids after 7pm to minimize the midnight bathroom runs, at it helped a bit. I'd still suggest checking with your OB about your sleep concerns, especially since 31 weeks is when they can give you specific tips for your comfort. In the meantime, try not to stress too much about the broken sleep, your body's actually preparing for newborn life anyway, so rest when you can, whether gabi man o araw!
