How do I wean my boy (14mths) off direct latch?

Personally I don;t mind baby to direct latch. Of cos, he should be more on solid food now. Will talk and educate him about it before weaning him off totally. Wouldn't mind a latch at night before sleep as it will not promote tooth decay and it's so convenient.

I applied bittergourd juice. but before weaning, I ensured that my lo is able to accept other source of milk (for my case is fresh milk) before weaning him off

I tried every seasoning and the only thing worked is a tiny bit of wasabi on my nipple..harsh I know but it worked :)

I reduce the latch time. From 10 mins to 5mins to 1 min.
