Hindi ako taga Antipolo kaya di ko sure sa exact rates doon, but from what a few of my mum friends shared, private hospital C-section bills usually range around 150k to 300k+ depending sa hospital at kung may complications, plus anesthesia, room, etc. Best talaga mag-inquire directly sa hospitals mo pinaplano, most of them will give you a package quote kung tatanung mo, and some offer installment plans pa! Which hospitals are you considering? Baka may kakilala ako na nag-deliver doon na matutulungan ka mag-compare.

I'm suffering sa diarrhea now , ang hirap naman uminom ng gamot since preggy ka , any tips mga sis? #AskingAsAMom

Uy, alam ko yan, di talaga fun ang diarrhea pag pregnant, lalo na with twins! Honestly, hydration lang talaga ang best thing you can do, lots of water and electrolyte drinks kasi nawawawalan ka ng fluids; a few of us tried coconut water or sports drinks and tumutulong talaga. Try eating bland foods muna like rice, bananas, plain crackers para makatulong sa tummy, pero since you're 6 weeks pa lang and may diarrhea, better check with your OB agad para ma-rule out kung may infection or kung kailangan ng safe na gamot for pregnant moms. Take care, mama!
