Aw, 15 weeks pa lang pero ang sakit na agad, that's tough, mommy! A few of my mum friends had sciatic pain during pregnancy din, and lahat sila nag-suggest ng pelvic support belt or prenatal massage, pero honestly kailangan mo talaga makipag-consult sa OB mo about this para ma-rule out kung may iba pang cause at ma-advise ka ng safe stretches or treatment while pregnant.
